Why am I getting so many questions today? lol Well I started working out everyday and I lost a few pounds but it wasn’t a lot then I got really sick and I could never find out why. It took me about a year to find but I have Celiacs and Crohns Disease and I’m Lactose Intolerant. So as soon as I found that out I drastically changed my diet. No gluten. No Lactose. From that alone I lost about 45 pounds. Also I work out everyday. So all together I lost 53 pounds. I’m now 97 pounds. :) Yes I can’t believe it either. I’m so happy with myself.
